Have you tried physical therapy before but had limited results?
Have you felt like no one has taken a look at the big picture of your problem?
Have been told you will just have to live with your pain, or that you will have to stop being as active as you want to be because of your problem?
Have you not been able to find a practitioner who understands or appreciates the level you want to function at?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then Portland Integrative Physical Therapy may be right for you. If you answered yes to several, then it is without a doubt worth your time.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT PORTLAND INTEGRATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY?
At Portland Integrative Physical Therapy, your time is valued. All sessions are one on one with Noah for an hour. What this means is no assistants, aides or technicians are used, and no other individuals will be seen during your session. This ensures your care is delivered in a quality manner, in the hands of an expert who understands your situation fully.
At Portland Integrative Physical Therapy no modalities beyond manual therapy and a variety of exercise based approaches are used. This ensures both quick and long lasting improvements. You will be taught how to self treat between sessions to ensure steady improvement, and shown how to integrate what is needed into your exercise habits for long term success.
Noah takes a holistic, integrative approach to physical rehabilitation, which allows the root of problems to be identified and more effectively resolved.
Because of this emphasis on one on one quality care, you can expect your recovery to be quicker and more complete than if addressed in other settings.
WHAT ARE COMMON CONDITIONS PORTLAND INTEGRATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY TREATS?

Noah is sought after by the injured athlete of all walks, and in the treatment of individuals that have failed rehabilitation elsewhere.

DOES PORTLAND INTEGRATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
Portland Integrative Physical Therapy is an out of network provider. All treatment given by Noah at Portland Integrative Physical Therapy is private pay, due at time of service.
This is done in order to allow Noah to provide completely personalized, one on one care in a private setting, something that is not possible in an insurance based clinic.
However, your insurance can be used to reimburse for services given at Portland Integrative Physical Therapy, and documentation will be provided at each session for you to personally submit. In addition, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flex Spending Account (FSA), this can also be used to pay for services.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
All sessions are one hour, with the exception of the 90 minute Initial Assessment when you and Noah first meet. That is longer in order to allow for both a comprehensive assessment of where you are at, while still leaving plenty of time to begin working on what needs to be addressed to reach your goals.
DO I NEED A PHYSICIAN REFERRAL?
In the state of Maine you do not need a referral to see a licensed physical therapist.
